I have on pre-order but then again I am sucker for punishment! And i cant find any official mention of any sli/xfire solutions which they were with ETW. What worries me is the distinct lack of an up-to-date webpage with new units/screenshots/vids etc.and how close is it to launch? Never a good sign in my book.

I am a member here.so will let u know about any mods etc. Turks/Austrians/Prussians/GB/France/Russia seem to be main players. But we will see how the other factions pan out. Playing as the french as a brit doesnt bother me to much as my first name is french hehe. It's a campaign mainly played as the french 'sacre couer de mont-marte!'. Saying that Napoleon war looks to address some of the tech issues (well you would have thought they have learned their lesson) and mainly addresses the terrible sieges, and also adds more diverse units per factions.

It had numerous sli/xfire issues and I found it worked best in the end on Ati. I went through several gpus trying to get it working well. Empire total war was a semi flop but had lots of potential but was let down in certain key areas. As this is probably my favourite genre I would like to do the honours.
